Named in 2 of 9 runs
- 1. Reply to your most recent unanswered reviews, mentioning your trade and town.
This is a worked example with a blurred business name — not a real customer's result.
The report structure
-
1
Snapshot
The questions asked, the assistant used, the date and time of each run, and whether your business was named in each.
-
2
Who was named instead
The businesses that came up in your area for those questions.
-
3
What those businesses have that is comparable
Review count, review recency, and how complete and consistent their listings are — all publicly visible.
-
4
Your fixes
Three to five specific actions, each with what to change, where to change it, and roughly how long it takes.
-
5
What to re-check in 30 days, and how
So you can see whether the fixes moved anything, using the same questions.
The fix areas we check
- Review volume and recency. A trickle of old reviews gives an assistant less recent evidence to point to than a steady flow of new ones.
- Listing consistency. Name, address, phone and opening hours should match across every directory where the business appears; mismatched details make a listing harder to trust and compare.
- Review response coverage. Whether reviews are responded to, and how many are left unanswered — a listing that is actively managed reads as more current.
- Service and area wording. Whether the services offered and the area served are actually written out on the listing, rather than left to be inferred.
- Structured business details. Whether categories, service area, hours and website link are filled in and match the website — the basic fields an assistant's sources can pull from.
We describe why each of these is plausibly connected to being named in an AI answer. None of this is a claim about what will happen for your business specifically — see the method for how we actually test that.
What we will not put in the report
- No draft review text.
- No instructions for what your customers should say.
- No scheme to get reviews in exchange for anything.
- No guarantee of inclusion in any AI answer.
Optional follow-up
If you want help after the report, what we offer is templates and checklists, and one-off corrections to your listing details. Priced separately, nothing automatic, nothing ongoing — quoted per request.
